Nihon Falcom's Hajimari no Kiseki launches in Japan this summer, and the developer just released the game's first trailer.



Hajimari no Kiseki takes place after Sen no Kiseki IV and follows three protagonists (represented as Heroes, Liberators and Hermits).

The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki will release for the PlayStation 4 in Japan and Asia on August 27, 2020. As always, be aware that any Hajimari no Kiseki information contains slight spoilers for previous games, including Trails of Cold Steel 3. Throw in the non-standard character used in Hajimari's title (創 as opposed to 始) and it's a fair bet that Falcom picked it for a reason.

(Video may contain spoilers for previous games in the series) The Legend of Heroes: Hajimari no Kiseki has gotten new screenshots and more details on what Rean and new Class VII are up to in the game. For example Trails in the Sky 1, 2, and 3 were initially PSP games re-released for the PC (all three can be found on Steam) Ao and Zero haven't been localized into English but fan translations exist but still need an editing pass for quality. If they execute it well, they might be my new favorite main cast out of all the other games.
